To be able to use Moonshot to authenticate to remote services, a user requires two things to be installed on their device: the Moonshot libraries, and an identity selection mechanism that allows the user to choose which credential they wish to use with which service.
Due to the depth in which Moonshot integrates with a system, the instructions on how to install the Moonshot Libraries are very specific to each OS. We currently have instructions available for various popular Operating Systems.
For Linux, we have instructions for the following distributions. Any other distributions may have to build from source.
